Her extensive expertise includes navigating complex shareholder disputes, bankruptcy cases, and various disputes in franchise agreements, commercial leases, and family law matters.

She has successfully handled a broad range of conveyancing matters, including off-the-plan purchases and sales, established residential property transactions, interstate settlements and complex multi-party settlements. Emily is highly experienced in preparing settlement documentation, coordinating with financial institutions, government authorities and other legal representatives, and ensuring transactions proceed smoothly from contract to settlement.
