GRACE XIAO
Principal solicitor
Grace is the Principal and director at Q&L Lawyers with over 10 years of experiences in property, commercial and family law. She has been involved in numerous small to high value transactions, from mum-and-dad developers to international enterprises. She has acted in many shareholder disputes and bankruptcy cases and have been engaged in many franchise, commercial lease and family disputes.
In the recent years, she has been a regular guest instructor and presentor at Leo Cussens, which is a highly-reputable post graduate educational institution providing practical legal training to law graduates before admission.

DOMINIC VARRASSO
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Dominic has a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Business (Accounting) from Deakin University and is a member of several professional organisations, including: the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia (IPA) and the Law Institute of Victoria.
Dominic commenced as a Tax Agent in 1976, in addition to lecturing in law at a tertiary level, acting in corporate roles and being involved in Litigation Insurance. Dominic has gained experience in most areas of Taxation and Accounting throughout his career, for both small businesses and individuals, which brings him finance knowledge and experience into working as a solicitor and provides, if required, a holistic approach to the client’s needs, as Dominic believes that the legal and accounting disciplines complement each other in business and Taxation matters.
SUMMER XIA
Solicitor
Summer's practice and expertise focuses on corporate law, including preparing shareholder agreements, complex commercial agreements, lease disputes and related advice for multi-million enterprises.
In addition to corporate law, Summer's expertise also includes asset protection, work relations and challenge risk and advice.
When working with clients, Summer prioritises listening in order to truly understand her client’s objectives and ensure their wishes are fulfilled in the most effective and sensible way. Summer enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and assisting them to achieve a resolution tailored to their individual needs.
ALICE HE
Solicitor
Alice works closely with a wide range of clients - from private individuals to small enterprises and franchises - on property issues across the board, with a particular focus on leasing and property acquisition matters.
Alice assists clients with recommendations on ownership, advice on eligibility for FIRB, preparing governing documents (such as Constitutions, Rules and Trust Deeds) and liaising with government regulators. Alice also advises clients with governance issues, including regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
Alice understands clients need a lawyer they can trust and rely on, her rapport with clients and their success is her priority.
